RETURN POLICY

Fusionbrands strives to perfect its products through material and ease of use. If you are not satisfied with your Fusionbrands product, simply send an email to CustomerService@Fusionbrands.com within 30 days from time of purchase and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable on all purchases and/or returns.

All returned items need to be pre-approved by Fusionbrands Customer Service and issued a return authorization number. Customer Service will then provide the appropriate return address.  Fusionbrands will not be responsible for items returned without a Fusionbrands issued authorization number or to a non-authorized facility.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
